The applicant is required to have an active liability insurance policy prior to their event date(s) that meets the following requirements: $1,000,000.00 PRIMARY per occurrence and $2,000,000 AGGREGATE LIABILITY. [School Name] and Granite School District should be listed as "Additional Insured" on a primary/noncontributory basis. If you are browsing the calendar for availability, or your insurance company will not provide a COI until your event space is secured, please copy and paste the following into a PDF to upload as a placeholder document, with the expiration date of 2 weeks from the date of application. “This is a letter of intent to secure proper liability insurance prior to my event with Granite School District. I understand the listed requirements and will provide the COI within the time frame given.” We will then approve your group and follow up via email to ensure your insurance meets our requirements and is uploaded with your group profile before your event can be fully approved.
